An unexpected event

I came as a visitor with a family member. I had no attention buying a car period. After the wonderful experience my family member had. I was impressed with what took place when the manager Erick Martinez brought to my attention if I wanted to buy a vehicle. I said no thank you, although in the back of my mind I needed one. He wrote up an idea which sounded good but I knew it would not take place. I went along with it STILL it could not take place. by the time I came back from a test drive THE DEAL WAS DONE!!...I still can't believe that Erick Martinez got it done. Kudos!!!! :)

I had an excellent experience at Nissan of Bourne. Met the owner first, who talked to me about the type of SUV and options I was looking for, then had salesman Sam pull out the perfect car that had everything I specified. Sam, my salesman, was awesome! He was very knowledgable of the operation of all the options. He spent so much time with me, because I had so many questions on the new features the Rogue SL offered. At one point I asked if I could pull into an empty school lot so we that I could try all the features in detail. We did, Sam was so patient and answered all my questions in great detail. I loved the SUV and decided I wanted the SUV I drove. I was given a good trade in value and a good price on my car. There was no heavy sales pressure, it was a pleasant experience and was totally stress free! Nissan had my registration switched from old car to new one the next day, I had to do nothing! When deal was done, I met with Laura to sign all the paperwork. She was easy to deal with, explained everything clearly, was great to deal with. Again easy transaction. I would recommend this awesome team to anyone.

I was in the market to lease a new 2014 Maxima and drove one off the lot within a week of contacting Nissan of Bourne. I did my initial research online and they had a great selection and decent (if not negotiable) pricing. Everyone at the dealership was pleasant and friendly, including Corey Amaral. The General Sales Manager, Erick Martinez, was courteous and professional. He was informative and helpful, and was respectful of our time and needs. Erick was virtually always available for us and there was never any high pressure sales tactics. It was an enjoyable, seamless experience due in part to Erick's laid back approach and willingness to negotiate a fair deal. I would recommend this dealership to others. The 2014 Maxima is a great "sporty" sedan, a sweet ride. It's "loaded" with all the latest hi-tech features for a fair price.

Buying this car was a very pleasant experience. I came in looking for a used car but ended up purchasing a new Versa Note instead. Delivery was delayed for a week and the communication was great keeping me informed. I was also given a loaner car to use during this time which was a huge help. I had gone through nightmares at other dealerships... After almost giving up on my car search Erick made the experience better then I could have ever imagined!
